January 2024
-Thursday night touch rugby will begin, 7:00 pm @ St. Agnes Church Athletic Fields.
November 2023
-LRFC travelled to Dayton, OH to face the Northern League Champion Detroit Tradesmen.  Two evenly matched sides squared off for 80 minutes but the men in blue pulled out the win.  Good Luck Detroit and we will see you next year.

October 2023
-The undefeated South Pittsburgh Hooligans travelled to the blue grass for a trip to the final four.  LRFC pulled out the win  26-12.  Next job: Detroit Tradesmen D3 @ Dayton Rugby Grounds.
-The Rovers from Cleveland came down to Louisville on 10/21, only to leave with 10 points vs our 61.  Onto round two of the playoffs vs. South Pittsburgh.
-LRFC (5-0) defeats Dayton (4-1) to win the South Division Title, in doing so we now have homefield advantage for the first two rounds of playoffs.
September 2023
-After a tough match, Louisville RFC moves on to 4-0 against the Kelts.
-LRFC defeats Lexington 71-0 at the D3 level and Westside Outcasts 52-0 at D4. Kennedy Park
-Cincinnati Wolfhounds travelled to Hays Kennedy to renew an old midwest rivalry on 9/16, LRFC won 51-3.
-D4 & D3 traveled to Indianapolis for a D3 victory (31-17) and a close D4 loss (24-28).  

August 2023
-LRFC 's annual fundraiser: Brew at the Zoo; was a massive success!
-John-Henry Carstens takes over as LRFC Head Coach.
-Fall training begins on Thursday 8/3/2023, 6:30pm start time @ Seneca Park. 

July 2023
-LRFC's 4th annual team retreat to Red River Gorge will take place on 7/29/2023, contact George Davies for more details.

-LRFC has teamed up with Full Tilt Gym to provide professional level rugby training at a budget friendly price! 
$120 for 12 sessions.  Trainings are Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm. Contact Wes Parker for more details.

June 2023
-Louisville RFC has teamed up with World Rugby Shop as an affiliate, use our link when purchasing WRS products.

-Bourbon Country 10's went off without a hitch thanks to all of the hard work from our club members and supporters.  Congratulations to The University of Tennessee Men's Alumni & the Columbus WRFC Squirrels for taking the championships!  Matt Wilhelm won the innugural Drop Goal Competition and looks forward to defending his title next year.

May 2023

-Treharris RFC (Wales, UK) travelled across the pond on a US tour and strapped up for a battle with LRFC.  First half LRFC went up 17-0 before loaning players to help out.  Some say it was the tour, some say it was the humidity, but everybody had a great time!

-Our banquet was a massive success, thank you Noraebar for hosting!

-Skill development followed by touch will continue on tuesdays & thursdays, building up to our Welsh match up on 5/31

-LRFC hosted the Flying Pigs from Dayton, OH in beautiful Seneca Park.  The good guys came away with a 55-5 victory.

-Louisville RFC teams up with The Roots Brand to help promote their life changing products!

-Training continues in preparation for Dayton & Columbus (IN) this week.

-LRFC's annual day at the downs continued with a great turnout for Thurby

April 2023
-The Head Hunters from Hopkinsville made the trip up for a smash mouth match vs LRFC.  When the final whistle blew LRFC came out with another win for the spring!

-LRFC travled to Columbus, Ohio for the Castaway Classic.  The boys defeated  Akron & Findlay, due to injuries the third match did not take place.

-LRFC traveled to Carmel, In to take on the Indy Impalas & White river Deadfish.  Due to deep water on the field the matches were cancelled.

March 2023
-LRFC  made the quick trip down to rainy Nashville for Nashbash 2023.  Louisville pulled off a stunner on saturday with a win over the West Des Moines Wombats.  

-LRFC announces that we will be fielding two sides staring this spring, Division 3 & Division 4.

-St. Patrick's Day Parade was a massive success, big shout out to Rueff Signs for the float truck.

-First official training will begin on 3/14, 6:00pm @ Seneca Park

-First competition will be @ NashBash on 3/24.

-March Madness Fundraiser will begin on 3/12 at 9:00 pm, you have until the first game (3/16) tips off to enter your bracket.  Venmo @Louisville-rugby for payment.  $20/bracket entry

February 2023

-LRFC partners up with The CAV for team workouts every Thursday night @ 6:00 pm. $10 per session. Venmo @Louisville-Rugby 

October 2022

-LRFC traveled to Cleveland and dropped another close match as time expired.  Good Luck Rovers.

-LRFC traveled to Dayton and dropped a close match, sending us to Cleveland next weekend.

-A hungry Kelts squad visited LRFC and left with their playoff hopes crushed.
